  4. Order Verification: For your security, every order is verified via a quick phone call before dispatch. Please ensure you are available to answer this call to avoid delays.

  5. Tracking Your Parcel: Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

We process all orders on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days. This is when we carefully handpick, quality-check, and lovingly pack your order.

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after dispatch, nationwide.

  • Need it Faster? Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

We Offer FREE Shipping on all orders  

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan. Simply pay the due amount in cash when your parcel arrives. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to ensure a smooth COD delivery.
