How do I place an order?
Placing your order is simple:

  1. Browse our collection and click ‘Add to Bag’ on your favourite items.

  2. Click the shopping bag icon and select ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

  3. Enter your delivery details and confirm your order with Cash on Delivery (COD).

  4. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email and SMS instantly.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to:

  • Track your orders easily.

  • Save your address for faster checkout.

  • Get early access to new collections and exclusive offers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Pay in cash when your beautifully packaged order arrives at your doorstep.

What is your exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

  • The original packaging is included.

  • You have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (we cover return shipping for these cases).

Please note: We do not offer exchanges based on change of mind or incorrect size selection. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

Do you offer refunds?
To keep our prices accessible, we do not offer cash refunds. Approved exchanges will be processed promptly, or store credit will be offered for future purchases.

Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties without your consent. 

Do you have any physical stores?
Not yet! Bakhté is currently an exclusive online boutique. This allows us to focus all our energy on creating high-quality pieces and offering them at the best possible value, delivered straight to you.
