Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.

- Wash out dress
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, you can do so within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
- If you change your mind about your purchase, we can provide an 85% refund or offer an exchange for the products.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your item. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
